We update this space regularly.

How we're ensuring safety and supporting our employees, customers, and communities.

How we're changing as an organization all for the good of our customers

  1. We're prioritizing the health and safety of our employees and customers, and we've put in place enhanced cleanliness and sanitation efforts.

  2. We have started manufacturing 3 ply face masks of which we have committed to donating 40% of our daily production to our existing customers and around the community.

  3. Serturner has partnered with Delhivery Private Limited for pick-ups and drop-offs of essential items to our partners, physicians, and patients.

  4. COVID-19 has disrupted supply chains, we're doing our best to make sure essential medicines are delivered to our customers. We're dispatching orders based on priority lists created internally.

  5. Coronavirus is here, and we stand ready to educate and help. We have created a COVID-19 Resource Center to help answer any questions or concerns you have. The topics are health-related and are updated regularly based on new scientific findings as the pandemic evolves.

  6. We're manufacturing and sourcing items to prepare our own PPE kits, sanitizers, and other allied products.

  7. All shipments we dispatch are thoroughly sanitized and shrink-wrapped.

  8. Serturner has partnered with nonprofit organizations to deliver medical-surgical products and diagnostic instruments.

  9. Serturner continues to donate hundreds of thousands of face masks, sanitizers, sanitary pads, multivitamins, and other essential medical supplies.

  10. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and engage with manufacturers, industry partners, and government agencies to anticipate shortages and respond to demand certain medications and therapies.

  11. Assembled a Critical Care Drug Task Force made up of our sourcing specialists and pharmacists to review guidelines and protocols as they are released to forecast changing pharmaceutical demand.

  12. Initiated continuity action planning to maintain and protect operations across all locations and facilities.

  13. Channeled critical product inventory to geographic areas and sites of care with the greatest need.

What we are doing for our employees and our community

  1. Our #1 concern is ensuring the health and safety of our employees and their families. We expect to spend over ₹2,500,000 on COVID-related initiatives like distributing free products, increasing compliance in our warehouse, getting products sanitized, and keeping employees safe.

  2. We have vaccinated all our staff members

  3. We've built a process that we religiously follow every day from extreme cleaning and social distancing measures to disinfectant spraying.

  4. We've distributed personal protective gear, such as masks for our employees, their families, and gave out sanitizers to individuals around our community to enhance health and hygiene.

  5. We're paying all our employees in full and anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 will receive paid time off.

  6. We're trying our best to by feeding migrants and giving out protective masks to migrants walking home.
